'bluescome

Mississippi Delta, 1932. The blues carries more than sorrow. Sometimes, it carries the dead.

Isaac Jackson has walked this earth longer than any man should. Once enslaved, once hanged, and somehow still breathing decades later, Isaac has watched the South change while some things remain stubbornly the same. Folks whisper that he's a haint. Others know better than to ask. Isaac prefers it that way.

Then Loretta Hayes walks into his life. Beautiful, stubborn, and gifted with a voice that makes a room stand still, Loretta carries music inside her that awakens something Isaac thought had died a long time ago. But as their connection deepens, old secrets begin clawing their way out of Mississippi soil.

People are disappearing. Blood is being taken. And powerful men are conducting experiments that were never meant to be discovered. Soon Isaac is forced to confront a past he thought he had buried-and a darkness that threatens not only Loretta, but an entire community.

Set against the juke joints, back roads, and racial terror of the Jim Crow South, 'bluescome is a Southern Gothic tale of Black love, supernatural horror, music, memory, and survival; where the blues is more than something you sing. It's something that follows you home.
