90 Days of Emotional Wellness

The Christian life is not a life without pain. It is a life in which pain is never faced alone.

This is the truth that lies at the heart of these 90 days. We live in a world that tells us to push through our emotional wounds, to stay strong, to keep moving. And while perseverance is a virtue, there is a difference between walking through pain with God and simply burying it until it resurfaces in ways we did not choose. The heart that has not been tended does not disappear-it simply finds other ways to make itself known.

Healing Your Heart: 90 Days of Emotional Wellness is the second book in the Christian Coaching series, and it was born from a conviction: that the God who spoke the universe into existence is also the God who tends to the brokenhearted. That the same Word that renews the mind also heals the heart. That Scripture is not only a map for the intellect-it is medicine for the soul.

Over the course of these 90 days, you will journey through thirteen thematic weeks, each one addressing a different dimension of emotional life. We will look honestly at anxiety and fear, at grief and loss, at the weight of depression, at the freedom that comes through forgiveness, at the building of resilience, and ultimately at the wholeness that God desires for every person He has made.

Each day includes a Scripture-God's own voice, speaking into your specific situation. A reflection that connects the truth of that Scripture to the practical realities of emotional life. An affirmation to anchor what you have received. And a coaching question to help you move from reading to responding-from information to transformation.

This is not a program. It is not a formula. It is an invitation-to bring the real you to the real God and allow Him to do what only He can do in the hidden places of your heart.

We have learned, in our own lives and in the lives of those we have coached, that emotional healing rarely happens all at once. It happens in layers, over time, as we keep showing up-honest, willing, and open to what God is doing. Some days the reading will feel profound. Others it will feel like going through the motions. Both are part of the process. Keep going.

What you will discover, if you stay the course, is that God is not afraid of your brokenness. He is not surprised by your pain. He is not waiting for you to have it together before He meets you. He meets you precisely where you are-in the valley, in the dark, in the grief, in the fear-and He is already at work.

The psalmist wrote: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." He has been doing this since the beginning. He is doing it now. And He will do it for you.
