One of the most sacred and mysterious events in the History of Mankind is the birth of Jesus Christ and the related countdown of the years after and before Christmas. It is generally accepted to believe that the papal hegumen Dionysius of Exigia, more than 525 years after the birth of Jesus, presented to the church authorities the version that Jesus was born 753 years after the foundation of Rome and the day of his birth should be considered 25 December. However, throughout the next two millennia, discussions about the date of Jesus' birth do not cease. In this book, on the basis of comparison of texts from the Bible with positions of constellations and brightest stars in the sky during composition of the New Testament, date of Jesus Christ's birth is specified, and also other explanations and clarifications concerning bible texts are given.
