Chronicles of the Old Kingdom

A lazy day in the hidden valley of Chimbleton was interrupted by a Rall emerging from the wishing well. From that point, life changed for the Chimbles enjoying their picnic.

The Girngog horde had marched out of Gritol intending to overrun the Old Kingdom. Ruffle fled Yasrall to seek the help of the king in Castle Black. Pursued, he lost his way in the tunnels under the hills, only to discover within Chimbleton two lifelong friends

Together, with a little help from the wizard in the forest, and assisted by he faerie, they scrambled to warn the king of the merciless invaders. Time was running out, as the plans of the rogue sorcerer unfolded.

Treachery, complacency and a shapeshifter undermined the resistance offered by the castle defenders, exacerbated by an absent king. Could Castle Black resist the might of the bloodthirsty Girngog!

The abandoned Dwarf tunnels in the Ghost Mountains, a sea monster, snow trolls and a brave sea captain all coloured the experience the three companions. The quest to save the kingdom rested upon friendship, courage and swords. The three heroes have to grow and become more than they envisaged they ever would.

The ambition of one sorcerer threatened the entire kingdom and he will not give up, no matter what resistance is offered.
