Etant considéré comme l'un des supports pédagogiques principaux, le manuel joue un rôle primordial dans les processus de l'enseignement et de l'apprentissage des langues. Dans le présent travail, nous avons exécuté une étude profonde sur le manuel Français (1), le manuel de français destiné ? l'apprentissage du français aux coll?ges en Iran afin d'examiner comment adapter et contextualiser le manuel du FLE pour les adolescents iraniens. De ce fait, nous avons fait des enqu?tes aupr?s des enseignants et collégiens iraniens dans l'objectif de comprendre leurs besoins et objectifs d'apprentissage du français. De plus, nous avons examiné le manuel Adosph?re (1), élaboré pour le public adolescent en France, et le manuel Bien dit ! (1), destiné aux adolescents aux Etats-Unis, dans l'intention de vérifier comment et dans quelles mesures les concepteurs de ces manuels ont tenté de profiter des démarches contemporaines de didactiques des langues et des cultures, et ? quel niveau ces manuels sont adaptés au contexte d'enseignement et d'apprentissage du français ainsi qu'aux besoins, objectifs et caractéristiques du public adolescent de chaque pays.
