Here's an update review of Dimedone chemistry and it's important as a starting stone to build up a large active nucleus with biologically important in the medical field. The plane of synthesis of a new series hexahydroquinazolinone was done by a new strategy which includes only two steps starting from simple synthons dimedone and 4-aminoacetophenone, and then multi-components reaction of the resulted enaminone with formalin and different substituted anilines to give the targeted quinazolinones through a few steps and excellent yields. and an intelligent method to synthesis of acridine and hdrazine by simple method with excellent yields.
