Naranjo Embrujado

El naranjo centenario observa y es observado, un punto inamovible en la topografía escurridiza de cinco siglos de movimiento. Es un árbol frutal, genealógico, que cuenta la historia y leyenda de una tierra y sus gentes, en el perfume de sus flores y la cáscara de sus frutos. Sus raíces detienen el tiempo, acompañando las vueltas del sol y de la luna, el desplazamiento físico de la luz y la transformación de todas las criaturas que lo circunvalan.

Una propuesta poética de Helena Barbagelata con ilustraciones originales de la autora para sentir el paso de la vida y sus contrasentidos.

Helena Barbagelata (1991). Model, multidisciplinary artist, writer, researcher and activist. PhD in Philosophy from the University of Athens. She has received several artistic, literary and scientific awards from the Onassis Foundation, Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Greek Government, Università di Trieste, Universitat de València, Universitat de Barcelona, Premio Internazionale di Poesia e Teatro Castello di Duino, among others. Member of the Society of Jewish Artists (SoJa) and the Organization for the Democratization of the Visual Arts (OBDK). Her works combine painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, video, sound art and printmaking. She held numerous solo and group exhibitions in Europe, South America, Australia and the United States.
