Gilly versus Spells

Some enemies carry guns. Others don't need to.

In the forests outside Hua Hin, an ancient and dangerous form of black magic is being practised. Its practitioner is a woman of extraordinary power, known to some as Krasue, but to the respectable people of Hua Hin she is Khun Sirinya: wealthy, elegant and seemingly untouchable.

Behind her polished public image lies a terrifying operation involving binding spells, stolen identities and a black-market trade in human organs. Her magic makes people disappear. Her connections make sure nobody asks questions.

But when her activities begin to threaten the sanctuary and the vulnerable people Gilly has sworn to protect, she makes a serious mistake.

She underestimates Gilly.

A former soldier with a talent for trouble, Gilly is accustomed to dealing with criminals, killers and men who think they are invincible. But this enemy operates by different rules. Her weapons are ancient spells, dark rituals and powers that cannot be explained by conventional means.

As Gilly and his allies are drawn into a world of deception, supernatural terror and murderous ambition, the battle becomes increasingly personal.

Because some spells cannot simply be broken.

And some evil is far more dangerous than anything a gun can stop.

Gilly is back. But this time, he's fighting an enemy who knows how to make the impossible happen.
