Unlock The Superhero Within Your Child

Empower Your Child and Build Self-Esteem Through Learning Self-Awareness and Positive Affirmations (Social Emotional Learning - SEL)

I AM Mighty Me, and The Mighty Me™ Series empowers preschoolers by teaching them they have control over their thoughts and actions. I AM Mighty Me is a first-book of self-awareness that helps children know their actions can be loving and helpful to themselves and others.

Self-awareness and self-empowerment are two of the most powerful gifts you can give your children! It naturally builds their self-esteem and leads to healthier future relationships with friends and family.

Becoming self-aware is a necessary skill to cultivate if you want to be a creator of your life rather than a victim of life circumstances. By reading the Mighty Me Series™ with your child, you'll be teaching them they have control over their thoughts, feelings, and actions, which empowers them and helps them to feel good about themselves.

Repetition builds strong habits, so you'll improve your child's self-esteem as you continue reading empowering books and encouraging good behavior. Focus on the behavior you want to see rather than drawing too much attention to the behavior you don't want to develop. Let them know they are strong and mighty and that they can choose to use their powers for good!

The more you notice when they are kind and helpful, the faster that grows! Then feel great knowing you have helped unlock the superhero within!

At the end of this story, you'll find Connection Questions that allow parents and teachers to engage in productive dialog about what was just learned. Reviewing and recalling examples of how new information as it relates to your own life is what lays down new neuropathways in the brain.

Teaching your child to look become more self-aware and to share their love with others not only builds their confidence, but it strengthens all five skills that are core competencies for Social Emotional Learning.

SEL core competencies:

Self Awareness

Self Management

Responsible Decision Making

Social Awareness

Relationship Building
