A peer-reviewed clinical study found that AMI Meditation® reduces burnout and secondary traumatic stress while increasing compassion satisfaction among healthcare providers-even during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

For more than five decades, Leonard has practiced and taught Yoga Science and the Bhagavad Gita, guiding students in the practical realization of health, clarity, and inner freedom.
