Christopher's music is based on traditional forms, but has a distinctively modern flavour. Often exuberant, sometimes peaceful, but almost always joyful, his music is frequently contrapuntal, full of movement and overflowing with memorable melodies. A challenging and exciting experience both for performers and audience.
Revd Christopher Huggett BA, MPhil, PGCertEd, has written music since childhood and been involved in a number of choirs and instrumental groups. He is self-taught and plays several instruments. Following a long ministry with the Church of England, he retired in 2010 and has since written many theological books as well as a variety of fictional and musical works. He now lives in West Yorkshire with his wife, Alexandra and their Poochon, Ambrose.
