The Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Manual

Nobody hands you a manual for this. So a budtender wrote one.

When Sunny Verke got her first medical card, she had no idea what she was doing - she barely knew how to use flower, let alone what a terpene was. Years later, as a dispensary general manager in Pennsylvania, she answers the same nervous questions every single day: How do I get my card? Why can't I smoke it? What's a troche? What does any of this cost?

This is the guide she wishes someone had handed her - honest, practical, and judgment-free, straight from behind the counter.

Inside, you'll learn how to get your PA card step by step, what to expect on your first dispensary visit, how to read a label like a pro, how to dose without overdoing it, and the rules nobody tells you until you've already broken one. There are chapters for caregivers, for the families of patients, and for anyone still deciding whether a card is right for them.

Whether you're brand new, supporting someone you love, or just curious how it all works - this is your friendly, PA-specific starting line.

Written in Pennsylvania, at a drive-thru window, between patients.
