The underlying question is: how do we support ourselves and others when grieving?

Grief Notes is an invitation to honor your grieving process. This book is a compilation of the author's personal thoughts on grief-based on her own experiences with grief and her work as a trauma psychotherapist. 

The intention for these words is to support you in your journey as you learn how to honor and navigate your own grief. 

The hope is that the words on these pages will be a companion throughout your healing journey-an energetic presence as you learn how to be present with your grief. 

Use these words as a guide-a tool to illuminate parts of the grieving process you may be unable to see in this moment. 

Your grief is sacred-it deserves to be seen, compassionately held and witnessed.
