Whith the use of neural networks it is possible to let the computer learn what torque and drag levels are good and which are bad without the use of one formula. No parameters have to be tuned or changed through out the operation. The neural networks once trained with history drilling data are very fast and can easily be used to be operated in real time while drilling and tripping.
